Job description

Our State Government client is seeking an AO3 Concierge to join their team immediately through to 10 July. Based in a busy CBD environment, this role is ideal for a customer-focused and highly organised professional who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting day-to-day facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet, greet, and coordinate visitors attending the concierge area
  • Manage the digital sign-in system for visitors and staff
  • Support occupants with mail, courier deliveries, and general assistance
  • Arrange building access cards and maintain the master database for staff, visitors, contractors, and tradespeople
  • Respond to meeting room enquiries and assist with basic AV troubleshooting
  • Maintain logs of incidents, faults, complaints, and security matters
  • Manage master keys, security devices, and lost property securely
  • Escalate risks or incidents that may impact people or property
  • Assist the Facilities Team with maintenance requests and system logging
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate concierge records
  • Monitor and coordinate use of the health room (sick bay)
