AO3/ AO4 Administration Officer

We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join a small, professional team working within a regulatory environment. This role suits someone who enjoys contributing positively to a close‑knit team.


About the role


You’ll provide high‑quality administrative and business support across a range of functions.

Key responsibilities include:

·      
Processing applications and documentation, data entry and reporting using a registration or customer management system (e.g. iMIS)

·      Maintaining databases, filing systems, records and assisting with archiving

·      Providing clear, timely and professional advice via phone and email including members of the public and industry professionals

·      Referring matters to appropriate officers and following up as required

·      Assisting with the development, maintenance and improvement of systems, processes and procedures

·      Providing general administrative services including mail handling, invoices and procurement



About you

This role is ideal for a solid all‑rounder who brings a high level of maturity and professionalism to their work.

You will:

·      
Have strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work

·      Strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite

·      Experience using a CRM or registration management system

·      Knowledge or experience in records or information management

·      Experience in a legal, regulatory or government environment (advantageous)
