Job description

We are seeking technically capable and analytically driven professionals to join a high-performing Platform Operations team. This role is centred on defect detection and investigation, system and process testing, and providing clear technical feedback to enhance system performance and stability.

As a Support Suite Officer, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing, testing and documenting system defects and operational issues. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will assess business impacts, investigate root causes, and contribute to the development of practical, outcomes-focused remediation strategies.

This opportunity is well suited to individuals with experience supporting large-scale CRM or ERP environments and working within technical or IT-focused teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide system advice, procedural guidance and technical support to frontline staff.
  • Assist with data analysis and remediation activities across project initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform defect identification testing pre- and post-release.
  • Undertake proactive system investigations to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of system operational guidance materials.
  • Coach and support frontline users in best-practice system utilisation.
  • Complete project-related activities, including associated administrative tasks.

About You
You will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in IT or technical support environments.
  • Strong analytical and investigative capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This assignment is through until 31st December 2026 with potential extension. Opportunities are available in Robina or Brisbane CBD offering 37.5 hours per week and paying $43.82 per hour.
