We are seeking an experienced Service Support Officer to support the delivery of high quality mental health and wellbeing services for their clients.
Our client, provides free, confidential counselling and support to their clients. This role plays a vital frontline function within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clients receive compassionate, professional and timely support.
About the Role
As a Service Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing customer service in person at reception, over the phone and via digital channels. You will also deliver essential administrative and operational support to clinical and regional staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality customer service to clients, visitors, and stakeholders
- Manage enquiries, appointments, and client records using the Client Management System
- Provide administrative and operational support to regional clinical teams
- Coordinate and support regional events, group programs, and meetings
- Manage correspondence, referrals, data entry, and workflow tasks
- Support daily regional operations including travel, invoices, and facilities requests
- Assist with reporting, quality assurance, and operational data
- Demonstrated experience supporting service delivery within a health service and/or government environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration OR
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Must be an Australian Citizen
