Locations: Multiple NSW locations including Sydney metro areas – Parramatta, Surry Hills,  Bankstown, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, Charlestown, Chatswood, Hurstville, Liverpool, Penrith, Windsor – and regional areas – Batemans Bay, Bathurst, Bega, Broken Hill, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Gosford, Griffith, Katoomba, Lavington , Lismore, Moree, Newcastle, Nowra, Port Macquarie, Tamworth, Taree, Tweed Heads South, Wagga Wagga, Wollongong
 
About the Team

Join a collaborative team delivering frontline services and change initiatives. Support project delivery through stakeholder engagement, data management, reporting, and communication. Contribute to project coordination, change management, and process improvements.
 
Key Responsibilities – APS5 Project Officer:
  • Coordinate project workstreams and maintain documentation
  • Conduct research, analyse data, and prepare reports
  • Engage stakeholders and support change initiatives
  • Develop and maintain communication materials and SharePoint resources
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
Essential Criteria:
  • Data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Change management and project support
  • SharePoint creation and management
  • Stakeholder engagement and clear communication
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Sound judgement within policy and procedural frameworks
