Our client, a Federal Government agency, is seeking experienced APS6 Case Managers to manage complex AAT matters and support participants within a government program. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sensitive and high-impact cases.
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • End-to-end case management of AAT matters
  • Analysing complex cases and developing resolution strategies
  • Applying alternative dispute resolution techniques
  • Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings
  • Preparing briefs, reports, and documentation for outcomes
  • Managing risks and competing priorities
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Strong written skills, including executive brief writing
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive caseloads
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment
  • Experience in individual case management, especially with vulnerable participants
  • Ability to interpret legislation and policy to reach resolutions
