DFP Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Shared Services Support Officer to join a fast-paced contact centre environment on a short-term contract based in Grafton.

Location:
Grafton
Contract: 16 February 2026 – 31 March 2026 (no extension)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Type: Full-time onsite (Monday–Friday)
Rate: $37.13 hourly + Super.
 
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Shared Services Support Officer to join a fast-paced, multi-channel contact centre environment on a short-term contract. This role supports internal customers by delivering Tier 0/1 services and resolving enquiries at first contact.
You’ll work across phone, live chat, and ServiceNow, handling a high volume of enquiries while maintaining strong customer service and compliance with policies and procedures.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels
  • Resolve issues at first contact wherever possible
  • Process transactions accurately using defined systems and procedures
  • Escalate complex matters and keep customers informed
  • Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team performance
 
What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working across multiple computer-based systems
  • Confidence managing high-volume enquiries in a contact centre or similar environment
