Join a transformative program modernising Australia’s electoral systems! This Federal Government department are seeking a Change Analyst to support organisational change initiatives that underpin technical delivery.
This is not a technical or ITIL role, but a strategic position focused on people, process, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience in implementing and delivering change end to end by informing, engaging and motivating employees to embrace change.
2. Experience supporting the introduction of change, including particularly complex change initiatives.
3. Demonstrable hands-on approach when executing change strategies and deliverables.
4. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve change using collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills whilst engaging professionally across all levels of audiences.
5. Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience using industry recognised change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci).
2. Understanding of Agile project methodologies and delivery approaches and/or experience supporting change management within an Agile environment.
3. Previous analytical and reporting experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is advantageous but not essential.

- Develop change artefacts including plans, impact assessments, and stakeholder maps.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and promote change capability across the agency.
