- NSW Government opportunity in Macquarie Park
- ASAP Start - Initial contract until the end of September with possibility of extension
- $35 - 40 per hour + super (depending on experience)
The Role
In this role you will be supporting two busy Directors and their teams in the People and Culture Branch.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing business and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on business plans, milestones, and deliverables, in line with business plans.
- Updating and collating documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies, and practices, and complying with legislations and frameworks.
- Undertaking basic research and analysis and preparing briefs supported by informed decision making and planning.
- Assisting the team to complete tasks and implement business plans.
- Communicating with relevant stakeholders to provide regular updates on work statuses and implementation issues.
- Providing a range of secretarial and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing papers, to support management delivery.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong Administration professional, who is able to successful manage competing priorities in a faced paced environment. Your skills and experience will include:
- Demonstrated experience in an Administration Support role.
- Experience in using Microsoft software packages, diary management and in preparing correspondence and reports.
- Strong time management, organisation and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with a government organisation would be advantageous.
