About the Role

As a Portfolio Analyst, you will work within a functional stream of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team and report to a Director.  Your role will involve partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver customer focused services across three critical areas: 
  • Portfolio Prioritisation and Planning
  • Portfolio Performance
  • Portfolio Systems and Capabilities 
What We’re Looking For
  • Solutions focused candidates, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in conducting assurance activities, such as project health checks and gate reviews
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Office 365 tools
  • Familiar with portfolio planning and prioritisation practices
  • Knowledgeable in project management methodologies
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
Desirable Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in project or portfolio management
  • Certification in MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or other relevant frameworks
