We are partnering with a State Government client to recruit an experienced ASO6 Content Developer for a full‑time contract role within a major Finance Reform Program (FRP).
About the Program
The Finance Reform Program (FRP) is a whole‑of‑government initiative to replace a long‑standing financial management system with a contemporary Oracle‑based Financial Management System.
This program will significantly change how finance activities are delivered across most SA Government agencies (excluding SA Health), impacting finance, ICT and operational teams.
About the Role
The Content Developer will support the Training team by designing and developing high‑quality content that enables stakeholder engagement, change management and end‑user learning.
You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and program team members to produce engaging artefacts that support early adoption and end‑user readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and document engaging learning content across multiple formats
- Develop change, training and learning artefacts for end users and early adoption
- Produce documentation, presentations, online learning materials, videos and infographics
- Collaborate with program team members and Subject Matter Experts to define content requirements
- Support delivery of the training program through effective content development
- Ensure all artefacts meet program standards, branding and quality requirements
- Maintain accurate records in line with the State Records Act 1997
- Contribute to Public Sector principles including Equal Opportunity, Work Health and Safety and cultural inclusion
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience developing high‑quality change, training and learning artefacts
- Experience working with templates and organisational branding across multiple platforms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Experience creating digital content, including videos and learning materials
- Ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging content
- Ability to manage priorities autonomously and adapt to changing program needs
- High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Teams
- Experience applying relevant legislation, policies and procedures including Code of Ethics, EEO and cultural inclusion
- Understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012
- Understanding of AS ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management – Guidelines
