Aurion Cloud Technical Consultant
Our client is a major Federal Government Department that provides advise, implement policies and programs relating strong and sustainable economic outcomes for Australians.
About the role
As the Aurion Cloud Technical Consultant, you’ll work within the ICT Digital and Cyber Security Investment program, where you’ll contribute to the uplift of the current on-prem recruitment system to the Aurion Talent Suite to enable the Recruitment and Onboarding modules in the Cloud.
You’ll work with the project team, the internal Recruitment and Aurion Support Teams in the successful delivery of this project.
Duties
Among other duties, successful candidates will:
You’ll bring 3+ years demonstrated experience and understanding of the Aurion system and have specialised technical experiences in the Aurion Talent Suite, specifically the Recruitment and Onboarding modules. Your demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and ability to build rapport will be highly valued, and, your strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills will support your technical capability.

Duties
Among other duties, successful candidates will:
- Supervise a team to provide effective and efficient secretariat services. You will organise and manage all aspects of governance committee and sub-committees across the entity, including meeting logistics, the preparation of agendas, coordination of briefing papers and input from business areas, track action items, and write minutes to quality standards and within allocated time-frames.
- Review, coordinate and communicate information to appropriate officials across the entity; establish priorities and manage competing deadlines.
- Ensure appropriate governance arrangements are in place and observed, such as Terms of Reference, and contribute to the development and review of continuous improvement of Secretariat services and the broader coordinating functions.

- Experience in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Talent Suite module
- Experience in Organisational and People module
- Experience in Business Process Automation (BPA) configuration
- Experience in Payroll Suite module
- Experience in Leave module
- Experience in Learning and Development module
- Experience in Aurion Timekeeper module
- Hold a current Baseline clearance or higher
- Australian Citizenship
- Competitive Consulting Rates
- 6-month contract with 2 x 6 month extensions
