We are currently seeking a Junior–Mid level Business Analyst to support a major State Government program within their Digital Channels team. This role offers excellent exposure across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Adelaide Metro website, and digital enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary contact within the Digital Channels team for capturing CRM and digital enhancement requests.
- Provide guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, digital processes, and improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships through regular workshops and engagement sessions to understand user experience and gather feedback.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit business requirements.
- Develop clear, detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Perform process and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of change requests including logging, documentation, impact assessment, prioritisation, and planning.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and sign-off.
- Support communication, training, and user readiness activities for new features and updates.
- Administer D365 CRM including user setup, deactivation, licence management, and team assignments.
- Manage BAU CRM support tasks such as defect analysis, prioritisation, and coordination.
- Log and categorise incidents and defects in Jira.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specs, process maps, release notes, and user guides.
- Maintain Confluence pages and knowledge repositories following updates or releases.
- Provide post-release support to ensure successful adoption of new functionality.
- Junior–mid level BA experience (government experience highly regarded but not essential).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong documentation and analysis capabilities.
- Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a digital team.
- 3–6 month government contract
- Hybrid working (3 onsite / 2 WFH after the first month)
