Job description

Our CBD-based client is seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join a fast-paced contact centre environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in high-volume call environments and can deliver professional, accurate information while maintaining a strong customer focus.

About the role

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and customer enquiries
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers
  • Record and update customer information in internal systems
  • Follow established processes and service standards
  • Work collaboratively within a team to meet service targets and KPIs
About you
  • Previous call centre or contact centre experience is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and challenging enquiries professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Able to start immediately
Requirements
  • Completion of a writing test as part of the recruitment process
  • National Police Check (NPC) valid within 3 months
  • Availability for an immediate start
