Are you an experienced Claims Officer looking to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing and fun team environment? We are currently seeking a number of experienced Claims Officers to manage end to end process within residential home building claims. 

About the Role:

As a Claims Officer, you’ll manage your own portfolio of claims and be the primary point of contact for policyholders via phone and email. You'll liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure complete ownership of customer outcomes, working collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality service and policy results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential building insurance claims from lodgement to resolution
  • Make decisions on claims within your authority
  • Provide policy advice and arrange cover as needed
  • Prepare and deliver clear, written communications to policyholders
  • Track claim progress, including follow-ups and task management
  • Respond to incoming correspondence and maintain accurate records

About You:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end claims management, ideally in property insurance
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a sense of humour
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work within legislative and policy frameworks
  • Confidence in quickly learning new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A professional and efficient approach to handling inquiries
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
