The Position

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to support everyday banking needs over the phone
- Processing inbound transactions (phone and email) accurately and efficiently, in line with banking policies
- Identifying opportunities to educate and assist customers with financial products and services
- Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and banking standards
- Managing enquiries with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
In addition to full, permanent working rights and a great attitude, you will bring:
- Recent contact centre experience (within the last 12 months), handling inbound/outbound calls in a structured environment, OR a background in finance/banking/insurance with strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer experiences
- Confidence in building relationships and managing varied customer needs
- High attention to detail with strong computer skills
- Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in financial services
