Are you a proactive, highly organised professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a General Manager. This is a pivotal role where your contributions will directly impact the success of the leadership team and broader business operations. This 6-month assignment working directly with our client.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM, including calendar management, travel coordination and bookings,
- Meeting preparation
- Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Support strategic initiatives and help drive operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
