Our client, a large Federal government agency has embarked on a large-scale transformation program and requires multiple Automation Testers which are highly skills in SAP and Salesforce. The Automation Testers will be responsible for managing testing activities for various program/project initiatives, including SAP/Salesforce CRM, Participant & Provider portal solutions. As a Tester, you will be part of delivery team working on Mobile App solutions and conducting end-to-end testing.

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform all testing activities for SAP/Salesforce CRM.
  • Deliver Mobile App solution for end-to-end testing.
  • Plan, schedule & produce Test Strategy, Approach & Detailed Test plans for various test phases.
  • Prepare test cases & scenarios, and execute tests for different test phases (SIT, UAT, BVT) with vendors & business teams.
  • Manage defect management processes including raising, tracking & resolution/testing for SIT, UAT & BVT in coordination with MDT teams, vendors & business teams.
  • Coordinate with Vendors & Business teams to achieve Project and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Salesforce CRM Backend/Frontend.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and Salesforce platforms, including data structures, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Experience on migration projects involving SAP and Salesforce systems is highly desirable.
