  • Government Opportunity in Meadowbank / Kingswood Location
  • Contract for 6 Months.
  • Contract Rate up to $490+Super Per day.
 
DFP Recruitment is seeking for an experienced Data Analyst candidate who is experience in setting up contracts register on sharepoint, implement and set up a new invoice management system and develop a Risk and issue reigister, governance and compliance frameworks. The candidate needs to be a tech savy, analytical and able to handle internal and external Stakeholders. Be willing and able to learn and flexible.

Primary Skillsets:

•Building on a contracts register that has been built in SharePoint - ongoing management of the data
•Navigate Ariba and raise POs against a contract - regular interactions with the BAU Team to establish best practices
•Build on the Basic PowerBI reports have been developed to meet various stakeholder requirements
•Develop and implement an invoicing tracking and workflow system/processes to support how each contract is set up from a compliance perspective, and to easily enable us to track spend against a contract
•Engagement with Snr external stakeholders, assisting with tracking of activities and actions at the management meetings, including tracking of risks and issues
•Statement of Works - tracking status of those in draft and management of SoW requests
•Support and training will be provided for SharePoint and PowerBI
