Job description

Client: NSW Government (details TBA)
Hours: full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Sydney/WFH (hybrid)
Start: ASAP
Duration: EOFY 23/24
Pay Rate: $650 per day + superannuation
Checks: full working rights, references, police check
 
Candidate Profile:
  • Develop clear and meaningful content for multiple websites within the Program that supports a customer centric approach to content delivery
  • Responsible for planning, writing, developing and editing content for multiple websites that supports a customer centric approach to content delivery.
  • Support the redevelopment and migration of multiple websites from a content perspective by planning, creating, and editing content following best practice principles.
  • End-to-end content production and migration to new CMS including Search Engine Optimisation.
  • Conduct content assessment and analysis.
  • Interpreting research and analytics data on how users interact with the site and making recommendations to improve architecture and information flow with the user in mind.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and requests while maintaining customer-friendly copy that meets style and accessibility guidelines.
  • Publishing content on web platforms, following best practice principles, user experience research, quality standards, release processes and ensuring efficient engagement across technology and business teams.
  • Participate and contribute to the team’s Agile practices and ceremonies such as daily stand up, sprint planning, retrospectives and showcases.
