Our client is seeking a number of Change Managers within the Transformation Office. You will play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise wide change aligned with the government’s digital health reform agenda.
As a Change Manager, you will work within a high performing Change Management Team to lead change activities across complex programs and multiple projects. Reporting to the Director of Change Management, you will drive adoption of new systems, processes and behaviours to support the Agency’s transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management activities across key programs and projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and fellow Change Managers.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to develop strategic change plans.
- Define and monitor adoption and engagement metrics, adjusting plans as needed for sustained success.
- Address resistance and foster a resilient, adaptable workforce.
- Partner with the Communications team to deliver engaging, effective communication that supports transformation.
- Evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of change strategies.
- Enhance the Agency’s change management framework and tools.
- Help shape and implement an enterprise change management strategy.
- Contribute to internal capability building and promote a positive change culture.
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change within a transformation or reform environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning capabilities.
- The ability to influence and lead change in culturally diverse and dynamic workplaces.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and building change capability.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
