About the role
The compliance response team will manage ongoing compliance, and involve proactively identifying potential non-compliance, implementing interventions to increase compliant behaviours and evaluation the impact of interventions.
As an EL1 Compliance Response Officer, your responsibilities include:
- Leading initiatives to identify opportunities to build better practices in compliance through the ongoing design and review of contemporary compliance approaches.
- Providing guidance and support to the branch around management and escalation of compliance issues, accounting for applicable legislation, processes and procedures.
- Leading the development and implementation of compliance related policies.
- Providing advice and procedural guidance in areas of compliance and fraud related policy and design.
- Coordinating and preparing a range of written material including business cases, reports, executive briefs and corporate documentation.
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role.
- Be able to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
- Ability to lead a team of peers including developing staff and managing performance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
