Job description

Our state government client in health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a 3-month contract (initial 1-month probationary contract).
 
Role: Executive Assistant
Rate: $40-46 per hour plus Super (negotiable depending on experience and suitability for role)
Duration: 3 months
Type: Contract
Location: Subiaco
 
Requirements
 
  • Extensive secretarial and administrative experience at a senior level.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate with senior executives and gain the cooperation of staff and people at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in relaying information.
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving skills demonstrating the ability to assess the urgency and importance of situations and take decisive and appropriate action.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills including the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Well-developed written and presentation skills for preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • High-level word processing skills, experience in the use of the MS Office suite and good knowledge of their advanced capabilities.
 
Essential
All candidates must:
  • Be COVID-19 vaccination compliant (3 shots minimum)
  • Hold a valid National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months)
  • Have full working rights within Australia
