📢 Graduate Opportunity – Finance Assistant (Entry Level)
Location: Wandoo Rehabilitation Facility, Perth
Type: Temporary full-time (3-month contract, potential extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Level: PSA Level 1
Start Date: Mid-June

✨ Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and forward to Head Office for payment
  • Code and reconcile credit card purchases
  • Create and format a variety of internal documents
  • Undertake procurement and shopping (online and in-person – vehicle provided)
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Support the Finance Coordinator with administrative and financial tasks
🎓 What We’re Looking For
  • Recent university graduate (within the last 24 months) with a Bachelor of Commerce or a related degree
  • Keen interest in finance, procurement, or public administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
  • Position is strictly looking for candidates with less than 12 months finance expereince as this is a graduate position
