Our client is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Liability and Claims Recoveries Officers to manage an end-to-end portfolio of liability claims. These roles are focused on clearing a backlog of claims, particularly those arising from pothole-related incidents, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of public liability claims, including personal injury, fleet claims, and property losses.
- Process existing claims backlog accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
- Provide regular reporting on claims and identify priorities for processing.
- Work collaboratively within the team and suggest process improvements.
- Use internal systems to manage tasks, enter data, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Previous experience in public liability claims preferred; other insurance experience considered.
- Adaptable, approachable, and able to contribute immediately.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
