Job description

Our client is a leading Australian Health Insurance provider, with multiple positions available for experienced Sales and Retention candidates to join their dynamic team!

The role will manage inbound and outbound sales and retention enquiries for health insurance members and providers; Deliver a positive customer experience and accurate information on services and products. You will be required to support the overall growth of the health fund through insurance sales and proactively retaining members.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent Customer Sales and Retention focus.
  • Prior contact centre or Work From Home experience (Desirable)
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of company products and services
  • Ability to show empathy in relation to the health and wellbeing of customers
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to contribute to the team targets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
