About the role
As a Project Manager’s you shall actively develop and manage relationships, and digital technology delivery outcomes for the agency through a blended agile approach.
  • Mange project governance, reporting, and operate under a blended Agile approach with technical leads to define and manage the delivery of outcomes.
  • Responsible for project scheduling, budget maintenance and escalating risks.
  • Lead engagements including workshops with stakeholders to review, refine and prioritise artefacts such as, epics, features user stories.
  • Maintain policy, project or operational issues and action items and responding to stakeholder needs and managing expectations
  • Support contract managers in establishing the new services arrangements.
  • Produce technical, non-technical documentation and project resourcess 
Skills and Experience :
  • Experience in agile project management, refining requirements to ensure the relevant product and services are delivered within agreed time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Exceptional experience in planning, managing, and executing ICT projects, including advanced knowledge of software development lifecycles within a federal government context.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and translate business requirements to technology solutions
  • Experience in building mature self-organising teams and working in a complex and dynamic environment that is focused on quality outcomes and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks, such as ITIL, Agile ways of working and DevOps.
