About the role
The Projects Administrator will work closely with all members of the Projects Team to provide support for the broader functions of the business unit. The Projects Administrator will assist various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best possible service including meeting important deadlines to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all Projects.
 
The key areas for consideration of this role are:
  • Liaise with Project Managers to ensure that milestones are being met.
  • Assist to develop and review the standard construction contracts and Professional Services templates.
  • Liaise with all Project Managers and prepare monthly status reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with the broader teams within the group.
  • Assist with building owner approvals.
  • Mange inductions via the online induction system.
About you
You’ll come to this role with previous experience in Administration environments with aspirations of developing your career. You’ll be an effective communicator at ease with managing internal and external relationships from a customer centric viewpoint.   • Hold a current National Police Check (less than 6 months old).
