Job description

DFP Recruitment Perth are currently seeking a Safety Administrator for a six month contract with our state government client located in the Perth CBD.

Duties:
  • EQSafe Functional Administrator (onboarding, configuration).
  • Directorate and EQsafe induction for both employees and contractors.
  • Complete monthly safety rep floor walk and enter hazards into EQSafe.
  • Organise bi-monthly Directorate SHW committee Meetings.
  • Save Monthly reports, incident reports and other documents into the document management system (TRIM).
  • Update intranet and notice boards with safety information.
  • Organise any other safety related tasks for the directorate, including but not limited to, vehicle equipment, first aid equipment and safety data sheets.
  • Work closely with the directorate safety advisors.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Provision of safety administration tasks
  • A range of computer software, including word, excel, electronic diaries and email
  • Construction safety incident management experience
  • Current C class drivers licence
  • White Card

Desirable:
  • A Certificate / Diploma in Work Health and Safety or other related discipline
  • Experience with EQsafe or INX platform

The successful candidate must be fully vaccinated against covid-19, including a booster if eligible.
