Scribe – Federal Government (Melbourne City)

$35 - $55 per hour
 
We are currently seeking individuals to join the DFP Scribe community and work alongside our Federal Government clients on a variety of recruitment projects. These opportunities have flexible working arrangements, with a mixture of on-site, teleconference and video conferencing options.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Note taking at interviews
  • Preparing and writing comparative analysis and reports
  • Assisting selection panels with deliberation
  • Undertaking reference checks
  • Providing feedback to applicants
Effective communication, both verbal and written, coupled with strong time management skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders will be critical to your success. 
 
These opportunities provide you with the flexibility to undertake assignments based upon your availability. We get daily requests from our Federal Government clients and we will liaise with you regularly to schedule your time.
 
Please Note: This role does not have fixed hours.
 
We are interested in hearing from both experienced scribes, and those who have strong written communication skills. Recruitment Graduates, Technical Writers and Executive Assistants (with minute taking experience) are encouraged to apply.
