Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of development, from front-end to back-end, ensuring user-friendly interfaces. This includes adapting to various browsers, understanding content presentation across devices and platforms, and applying knowledge in software frameworks, architecture, design patterns, databases, and APIs.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in the software development process to enhance organizational efficiency and user experience.
- Lead and engage in technical discussions, design, and code reviews with team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Establish and enforce programming standards and best practices within the team to maintain application quality. Provide expertise and guidance on programming tools and techniques.
- Independently develop and maintain Application Program Interfaces (APIs) for software development and system interconnectivity.
- Actively participate in the agile development lifecycle, including product configuration, performance optimization, production monitoring, and resource management to meet business demands.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for application architecture decisions. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and promote a customer-centric approach, while leading a high-performance team with a focus on safety, integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- NUXT experience criticial
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant industry experience.
- Experience developing web applications using PHP and SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of the following desirable systems:
- REST Based Web Services, Web Frameworks such as Angular, Unit Testing Tools (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions platform within an Educational Domain at Enterprise Level - in at least one or preferably all of the following: Campus Community, Student Records, Academic Advisement, Curriculum Management, Student Financials, Campus Self-Service, Enrolments, Reporting etc.).
- Experience as a Senior Integration Developer up to Architect level.
