We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise document management system, Content Manager (TRIM). Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on Change Management system configuration, reporting, usability, and upgrade pathways.
- Collaborate with ICT teams to ensure system performance, security compliance, and alignment with ICT standards.
- Apply ITIL best practices for system support and maintenance.
- Work with business units to design and implement the most effective user interface for Content Manager.
- Lead business change management activities, including planning and communication.
- Act as the technical escalation point for Content Manager-related issues.
- Advise on integrations with Office Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and document store design.
- Conduct capacity management and performance monitoring of Content Manager services.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to key users.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical user of an EDMS system.
- In-depth knowledge of Content Manager (TRIM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- ITIL Certification, V3 minimum and/or over 3 years’ experience working in an environment that follow ITIL processes
