About the role:
 
DFP are currently seeking a Tenancy Officer to join our client’s teams in Kilkenny. Assignment available from 4-5 weeks in duration.
 

The Tenancy officer will provide quality tenancy management for a range of housing options. to provide positive outcomes for tenants as they are supported to transition to tenancies and identifying areas tenants are needing additional support to maintain their tenancy.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management / working within community housing or have social work / community services background.
 
 
Role responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Perform property condition inspections and working with tenants to improve condition standards
  • Conduct allocation and lease renal assessments
  • Assist tenants in exploring transfer options and completing applications
  • Respond to tenants as first point of reference, while providing assistance when needed
  • Identifying, reporting, and monitoring repairs in tenanted properties
