Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a bubbly Receptionist all-rounder to join one of our clients.
 
 To be successful for this role you will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to deal with customers across the business with a mature approach. You will be corporately presented and have strong skills with the MS suite of products and Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
 
Qualifications & experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic Computer Skills & Efficient in typing
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, be reliable and efficient
  • Excellent Telephone skills 
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Booking daily pickups with couriers for interstate and international deliveries
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Scanning, filing, collating, and copying documents
  • Assist by taking overflow of inbound customer service calls
  • Communicate delivery status of orders for customers
  • Assist with updating excel data bases as needed
