Our valued State Government partner is looking for an AO3 Business Support Officer to join their team in Emerald.

Reporting to the District Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Regional invoicing reconciliation
- Fleet reporting/management and uniform ordering
- Work order management, daily administration support to Senior Business Support Co-Ordinator and Rockhampton Office, including phone and email enquiries.
- Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience specifically in invoice processing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and against KPI’s
- High level customer service skills
- Immediate skills in Excel
