APS4 Accounts Receivable Officer
You will be using your current skills to work as a APS4 Accounts Receivable Officer.

You will be using your current skills to work as a APS4 Accounts Receivable Officer.
Duties
- Be able to process refund requests, invoice renewals and creation of office.
- Be able to process accounts payable invoices, maintain receipts register, download files, and upload them onto the departmental software.
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts and maintain email inboxes with answering simple queries.
- Assist the Accounts receivable Team Leader in ad hoc tasks.
- Strong communication, customer service, written and verbal skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts, prioritise deadlines and adapt effectively.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable function.
- Ability to review and verify data with attention to detail and some experience using SAP.
- Applicants must hold Australian citizenship and an active baseline security clearance or ability to gain one quickly.
