The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and audit data from multiple sources, assessing inconsistences to ensure correct services and payments are delivered in line with legislation and policies
- Assess and treat the risk of non-compliance including misuse of funds and claims that are not reasonable or necessary
- Escalate information and more complex cases to relevant teams for remediation
- Make decision on fraud intelligence activity outcomes based on policy and legislation
To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in supporting assessment and investigation activities involving members of vulnerable communities, preferable within a public sector environment
- Experience in conducting fraud investigations
- Demonstrated team player with the ability to succeed within a complex and rapidly changing environment
