Job description

  • Federal Government opportunity in Richmond
  • 12 month assignment | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid work arrangements 
  • $65-$75 per hour plus Super
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an IT Project Coordinator working as part of a multi-discplinary team delivering a large IT change project. 

Key Responsibilties:
  • Provide business admin support, expertise and technical knowledge across a range of activities 
  • Ensure effective program management processes and methodologies are followed with end to end reporting
  • Assess and maintain all project documentation
  • Analyse data and prepare a range of written materials and reports 
Key Skills:
  • Demonstrate experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment.
