Our Transport Ticketing solution client is looking for an Analyst tasked with providing comprehensive support and analysis for all ticketing system assets. This role requires a detail oriented individual with strong analytical problem-solving skills. Collaborating with various teams is essential to ensure the effective management, maintenance, and optimisation of assets, contributing to the overall success of their transport ticketing operations.

Your Role:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Asset Management: Maintaining accurate records of all company assets, including ticketing machines, card readers, software systems and other equipment.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with procurement and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Asset Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams on routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of assets.
- Data Analysis: Analyse asset performance data to identify trends, pattens, and potential areas for improvement.
What you will need to succeed:
- You will be analytical a self-starter and have high attention to detail
- Experience in transport ticketing is preferred but not essential
- Experience analysing data and then relaying to both internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to manage changing priorities to support the Asset Team
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
