Position: Civil Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Fremantle
Duration: 3-month contract, Full-time (40 hours per week)

DFP Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team based in Fremantle. This exciting opportunity involves on-site supervision, ensuring construction compliance with designs, specifications, and industry best practices.

About the Role

As a Civil Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing Building and Civil Contractors, overseeing cost management, scope management, safety, quality control, and more. This is a crucial role that requires strong project supervision, contract administration skills, and experience in buildings, road, and water services maintenance.

About You

We are looking for candidates with:

• Project supervision and contract administration skills
• Experience in buildings, road, and water services maintenance
• Coordination and supervisory skills in an industrial environment
• Ability to formulate maintenance/construction scopes of works, specifications, and scheduling
• Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations related to construction and maintenance
• Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety practices
• Previous experience in project management and planning
• Positive and proactive problem-solving approach

Qualifications/Certificates
• Trade qualifications in Civil, Building, or Construction discipline or extensive relevant experience
• Current 'C' or 'CA' class driver’s licence
• Current Police Clearance (less than 3 months)
