Job description

We are seeking customer focused applicants to join a head office customer service team! With full training provided this is an amazing opportunity to join Australia’s largest private diagnostic imaging network!

• A commencing pay rate of $29.85 per hour + superannuation – penalties for weekend work!
• You will be set up for success! With 2 weeks classroom-based training, 4 weeks of side-by-side support and ongoing coaching!

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
• Proactively respond to a range of enquiries from patients, carers, and customers
• Manage appointment bookings and requests
• Communication of private and sensitive information to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in transferring information. 
• Accurate record keeping with a focus on quality and accuracy of data 

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
• Experience in a customer service and/or call centre environment 
• Experience in the medical environment highly advantageous  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills  
• High-level problem-solving skills with detail focus   
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. 

Successful candidates must be able to commence ASAP. With flexibility to work a full-time rotational roster between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Weekend work available at penalty rates!
