The Position
This role calls for an individual with integrity, sense of community and empathy whilst liaising with a large and varied customer base. Assisting customers with a range of retail and transactional banking enquiries whilst utilising the ability to provide high quality customer service and application of successful problem solving.
The rotating roster featuring a hybrid model for this full-time position allows a comfortable balance.
Key responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet the everyday banking requirements of our customers over the phone
  • Process inbound transactions (phone,email) in accordance with banking policies and procedures in a professional and efficient manner
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell our range of financial products and services through continuous education and interaction with our customers both new and existing customers
  • Operate with the knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation and governing bank operations
About You

  • Well-developed verbal and interpersonal skills
  • A track record in excellent customer service
  • Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
  • The ability to determine priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Previous customer service/sales experience is essential
  • Prior experience in working in a structured contact centre environment 
  • High attention to detail and computer proficiency
  • An ability to investigate and follow up queries
  • An interest in developing a long-term career
