  • Contract until October 2022 with possibility of extension
Our client is seeking an APS4  Travel officer to join their team.
 
As the Travel Officer you will work with the Travel team to arrange flights, accommodation, car hire bookings and all things travel related for the Agency. 
 
Assisting the Travel Co-ordinator in the administration of the travel systems and supporting the team with the reconciliation of travel expenses.
 
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 
  • As the Travel Officer you will work with the Travel team to facilitate flight, accommodation and all things travel for the Agency.
  • Assisting the Travel Co-ordinator in the administration of the travel systems and supporting the team with the reconciliation of travel expenses.
You will have:
  • Experience in Government and/or corporate travel coordination.
  • Proven ability to undertake detailed administrative work, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as ability to work within established policies and guidelines.
  • Possess a high standard of computer literacy, including experience in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with members of the business and external parties.
  • Proven capacity to establish good working relationships with others and to function effectively as a member of a team.
  • Commitment to providing the highest standards of service.
