IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Technology Projects
📍 Location: Fremantle, WA
⏳ Contract: 6 months (ASAP start, notice periods considered)
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
💰 Rate: $80/hr (flat rate)
About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a major WA organisation that plays a crucial role in trade, logistics, and infrastructure. Based in Fremantle, you’ll be embedded in the EPMO team, managing critical IT and technology projects that support operational efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance, and best practices.
🔹 Develop and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements, Scopes of Work, Project Delivery Plans, Schedules, and Closure Reports.
🔹 Manage project risks, interdependencies, and change processes to ensure successful delivery.
🔹 Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimations and justifications for investment decisions.
🔹 Collaborate with key stakeholders to influence critical project outcomes and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔️ Tertiary qualification in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
✔️ Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure or technology-driven projects.
✔️ Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and change control.
✔️ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
