The client is based in North Sydney but Work From Home / Hybrid will be considered after an initial 1 week onsite.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the business to define and create a suite of training materials
- Documenting the Contact Centre systems and how they are used, their interaction with the Case management system and the use of the telephony system.
- Defining Protected information vs Personal sensitive information and how this influences the contact centre processes and the way we interact with customers
- Creating an overview of the Privacy Principles and privacy controls.
- Drafting an overview of our IT infrastructure and the interface with external partners
- Defining other System modules including dashboards/ favourites/ complaints etc
- Outstanding writing and training documentation experience
- Learning and Development expertise, experience with CRM/ Contact Centres desirable.
- Great interpersonal skills and experience communicating with internal and external stake holders
