Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join their inclusive and supportive greenfields’ project team as they get ready to launch an incredibly important new Contact Centre. The role will involve developing the training documentation for a series of Case Management system modules and documenting operational Contact Centre processes.
 
The client is based in North Sydney but Work From Home / Hybrid will be considered after an initial 1 week onsite.
 
Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with the business to define and create a suite of training materials
  • Documenting the Contact Centre systems and how they are used, their interaction with the Case management system and the use of the telephony system.
  • Defining Protected information vs Personal sensitive information and how this influences the contact centre processes and the way we interact with customers
  • Creating an overview of the Privacy Principles and privacy controls.
  • Drafting an overview of our IT infrastructure and the interface with external partners
  • Defining other System modules including dashboards/ favourites/ complaints etc
You will have:
  • Outstanding writing and training documentation experience
  • Learning and Development expertise, experience with CRM/ Contact Centres desirable.
  • Great interpersonal skills and experience communicating with internal and external stake holders
