Level 2 – EUC Support Engineer
  • Hourly $44 + 11% Super  
  • Canberra
  • 7-month contract + 12 - month possible extension
About the role
The agency requires a Level 2 EUC Support Engineer with a proven record of accomplishment and experience in supporting and delivering EUC technology. The EUC Support Engineer will work closely with the EUC team leader and will provide technical guidance to the Service Desk and the End user computing team. The EUC Support Engineer will be responsible for mentoring and providing guidance to a geographically dispersed team of EUC Engineers and Service Desk Analysts.
 
Duties
  • Respond to user requests for service; troubleshoot incidents and problems, develop solutions; make minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other service needs as appropriate.
  • Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops, tablets with extensive knowledge of AD, AAD & Windows 11.
  • Manage Inventory Management with Desk side and white glove support experience.
  • Knowledge of Intune essential / MS Intune and be able to manage day-to-day incidents and service requests resolving them promptly utilising the ITSM tool.
  • Be able to install and support MS Systems including 365 applications and software’s.
  • Perform PC, network and mobility troubleshooting whilst supporting, creating, editing, and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Office365/Azure.
  • Ability to work with Service Delivery and L3 Engineers to solve the incident/request and interpret complex solutions and fixes.
  • Create, and maintain appropriate user guides and publish updates alongside experience with Team Video.
