About the Company

Our client, based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne a leader in the healthcare industry supporting over 250 specialist practices across multiple brands, in Australia and New Zealand

The Role

The role will be based at the Malvern office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in end to end payroll & will be highly organised, proactive, work well under time constraints and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Your duties will incorporate:

  • Timely and accurate processing of all payrolls using in-house payroll systems and Aurion.
  • Processing & management of payroll documentation
  • Payroll reporting & LSL & Annual Leave reporting.
  • Resolving employee enquiries.
  • File, lodge and arrange PAYG payments to the ATO in Australia.
  • Ensuring that all employees superannuation obligations are met
  • Provide support to Financial Department as needed
  • Provide assistance to group accounting activities
  • Understands awards and are able to assist with interpretation
Skills and Experience:

·       Full function payroll experience

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Confident and efficient with data entry whilst maintaining a high attention to detail

·       Intermediate to Advanced PC skills with the ability to utilise payroll & accounting programs, spread sheets and processing programs

·       Analytically minded with strong organisational and time management skills

·       Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
