Procurement Officer

Temporary Full Time – until 23 February 2024

$39.69 per hour

An excellent opportunity is available for someone to join our clients Financial Support Team as Procurement Officer.

About this Role

·        As part of the procurement Team, you will play a key role in providing purchasing, tendering, contract, and fleet administration support for our client.

·        You will be responsible for providing advice and support in all aspects of procurement and fleet management, ensuring our clients procurement activities are compliant to the relevant policies, frameworks, procedures, guidelines, and legislation.

·        You will also ensure that all requested reports are supplied on time for our client’s meetings and ensure that all our client’s decisions are executed promptly.




About you

You will have:

·        Experience in or knowledge of procurement processes, preparation of specifications, the evaluation of tenders and contact administration is desirable.

·        Experience in or knowledge of fleet management is not essential but favorable.

·        Demonstrated experience in administration, with high attention to detail.

·        Experience with a variety of computer applications
