Our client is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting end‑to‑end workshop operations within a high‑volume, fast‑paced technical environment.
This role acts as a central coordination point across multiple internal teams, ensuring work is planned, prioritised, and delivered in line with customer commitments, safety expectations, and operational targets.
About the Role
The Workshop Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, resource coordination, and workflow management to support the efficient build, movement, and delivery of equipment and parts. The role works closely with operational teams, supply chain, engineering, sales, and external suppliers to ensure work is executed accurately, on time, and safely. This is a hands‑on coordination role suited to someone who thrives on structure, communication, and problem‑solving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule workshop activities to meet agreed delivery and completion dates
- Manage capacity planning, labour allocation, and workflow prioritisation
- Act as a key communication link between operational teams and internal stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively adjust plans as required
- Support the timely and accurate movement of parts and materials through defined processes
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and schedules using relevant systems and tools
- Promote a strong safety culture and professional workplace conduct at all times
Stakeholder Engagement

- Workshop and operations teams
- Supply chain and logistics
- Engineering and technical specialists
- Sales and customer‑facing teams

About You
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or supervisory role within a technical, manufacturing, or operational environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Confidence using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
- A strong commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork
- A trade qualification or relevant certificate, supported by practical experience, is desirable but not essential.
