Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (depending on business requirements)
Location: West Perth, WA
Duration: 12 months
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the management and enhancement of government digital platforms.
This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product team and technical specialists to ensure digital services are secure, user-friendly and aligned with government priorities.

- Experience in conducting business and system analysis to define requirements, workflows and user needs, and experience with human-centred design principles.
- Experience in documenting business processes, user stories and functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in evaluating digital platforms, APIs, and systems integrations for business use cases.
- Experience in identifying risks, gaps and opportunities for service improvements.
- Demonstrated capability to analyse data to inform decision-making and evaluate service performance.
- Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain if successful
- Full working rights within Australia
